Invite a player to claim a character

A player can request ownership of their character page from the campaign wiki. You approve the request before they can edit it.

What the player does

1. Open the campaign wiki link.
2. Sign in to Saga20.
3. Open their character page.
4. Choose Claim character.
5. Send the request.

What the campaign owner does

1. Open the character page or player access area.
2. Review the pending claim.
3. Approve the correct player, or decline the request.

Once approved, the player can manage the parts of that character page available to them. They do not gain access to private notes, billing, or the wider campaign workspace.

If the wrong player claimed a character, remove their access before approving the correct request.

Claiming needs the wiki switched on and Allow player claiming left on. Both live in Set up your campaign wiki.
