This Privacy Policy describes how Saga20 ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide and improve our service. This includes:

• Account Information: Your email address and any other information you provide during sign-up.
• Campaign Data: Information you provide about your campaigns and characters. This is fed into the summarizer at generation time so names, places, and factions come out accurate. It is not used for anything else.
• Audio Data: Session audio files you upload for processing. These are deleted immediately after processing is complete. Voice samples used for recognition are deleted within 72 hours. We do not store your voice data long-term.
• Usage Information: We may collect analytics data on how you interact with our service to help us improve it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process your session recordings and generate summaries.
• Personalize your experience by recognizing speakers across sessions.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support.
• Ensure the security of our service and prevent fraud.
• Create de-identified, aggregated campaign trend reports for research, marketing, and community insights.

Aggregated Campaign Reports

We may publish shareable reports about D&D campaign trends based on aggregated data across many users. These reports are designed so that individuals, groups, and specific campaigns are not reasonably identifiable.

• We remove direct identifiers before analysis and reporting.
• We apply aggregation thresholds so small groups are not singled out.
• We do not include raw audio, account identifiers, or campaign-level exports in public reports.
• We do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data used for reporting.

We Do Not Train on Your Data

We never use your session recordings, transcripts, voice data, or campaign content to train any AI models. Your recordings are deleted after processing. Your data belongs to you and is used only to generate your summaries. We will never sell your data or use it to train models.

Data Security and Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We do not sell your data. Full audio recordings are deleted after processing, and voice samples are deleted within 72 hours. Generated summaries and campaign data are retained for you to access.
