Manage a player character page

2 min readUpdated 14 July 2026

A player character page keeps the information your group returns to most often. The campaign owner can edit it, and an approved player can manage their claimed character.

Useful details include:

  • Character name, pronouns, and portrait
  • Class, role, or game-specific details
  • Backstory and public notes
  • Important items and relationships
  • Character sheet information
  • Alternate names used in session recordings

Keep secret motives, unrevealed backstory, and behind-the-scenes plans in a private note rather than a player-visible field.

Images use the storage included with your plan. Uploaded session audio does not use that image storage.

If the player cannot edit the page, check that their claim was approved and that they are signed in with the same email used for the request.
