Create and edit world entries

The World area is your campaign reference. Use it to keep important people, places, groups, objects, and other knowledge in one searchable home.

Create an entry

1. Open World.
2. Choose the type of entry you want to add.
3. Select Create.
4. Add a clear name and the details your group will need.
5. Set the visibility before saving.

Edit an entry

Open the entry and choose Edit. You can correct facts, add notes, change images, update visibility, and add alternate names where available.

Prefer one complete entry over several small entries for the same person or place. Add nicknames and titles as aliases so different versions of a name still point to the same page.

Private planning belongs in a private note or private page. Player-safe lore can be made visible in the campaign wiki.
