Plan storage covers campaign images and custom icons. Its size does not apply to recordings, because Saga20 does not keep uploaded audio after processing.
Session recordings are deleted after processing and use no storage. Each recording has its own upload limits:
- MP3 or M4A
- No larger than 400 MB
- No longer than 7 hours
- One audio file per session
Your summaries, world entries, and campaign text stay in your account. The storage number listed on a plan matters most when you upload portraits, maps, artwork, and custom icons. Pictures that your players place on their character pages also add to your storage.
Keep your own copy of any original recording you may want to listen to later, since Saga20 cannot provide the uploaded audio after processing.
