Your plan gives you a fixed number of processed audio sessions every month. On the Billing page you will see the date when the allowance resets. Sessions you do not use are not carried over to the next month.
Sessions on the Free plan do not reset from month to month.
What uses one audio session
- Processing one uploaded recording
- A recording uploaded by a player you gave recording access
Writing and editing are included
The items below belong to your plan and do not reduce your audio sessions:
- Writing notes for a session
- Editing a finished summary
- Using Quick Edit
- Regenerating a summary within that session's regeneration limit
- Adding or editing world pages
Deleting a processed session does not return it to your allowance, because the recording has already been processed.
Check what you have left
Go to Settings, then Billing. On the Your Subscription card, the Sessions bar tells you the number you have used and the number still available.
Allowances for a plan may change, so check the Billing page for the number your subscription currently includes.
If a failed session used your allowance without producing a summary, email [email protected] with the campaign and session names.
