How the monthly session allowance works

2 min readUpdated 14 July 2026

Your plan includes a set number of processed audio sessions during each billing cycle. The allowance resets on your billing date and unused sessions do not roll over.

What uses one audio session

  • Processing one uploaded recording
  • A recording uploaded by a player with recorder access

What does not use another audio session

  • Writing manual session notes
  • Editing a finished summary
  • Using Quick Edit
  • Regenerating a summary within that session's regeneration limit
  • Adding or editing world pages

Deleting a processed session does not return it to your allowance because the recording has already been processed.

You can check current usage and the next reset date in Settings, then Billing. If a failed session used your allowance without producing a summary, email [email protected] with the campaign and session names.

Plan allowances can change, so use the Billing page for the current number included with your subscription.
