Delete a session, campaign, or account

Sessions, campaigns, and accounts are deleted in different places. Campaign and account deletion are permanent, so export or copy anything you want to keep first.

Delete a session

Open the session menu and choose Delete when that option is available for your plan and role. Deleting a processed session does not return an audio session to your monthly allowance.

Delete a campaign

1. Switch to the campaign you want to remove.
2. Open Settings, then Campaign.
3. Find the deletion option in the danger area.
4. Read the warning and confirm the correct campaign.

This removes the campaign's sessions, world, wiki, and access settings.

Delete your account

1. Open Settings, then Account.
2. Cancel any active paid subscription first.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If the account deletion option is unavailable, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Account Deletion Request.” Support normally completes verified requests within 48 hours.
