Let players own their characters

Claimed characters get fully editable pages, images, character sheets, and a session history that updates after every session.

D&D 5e Character Sheets

Full sheets, built right in

Claimed character can add a D&D 5e sheet. Ability scores, HP, AC, skills, inventory, and the combat tab. Theirs to edit, no spreadsheet required.

Built for D&D, front to back

Generic AI tools write bland summaries. Saga20 knows D&D. It understands the rules, the vocabulary, and what actually matters at your table.

Accuracy

Knows the rules

Concentration, reaction timing, death saves. Saga20 follows D&D combat and flags the moments that mattered. No more "wait, did she go down or just drop to 0?"

Attribution

Remembers every voice

Each player's voice is recognized and attributed correctly. You always know who said what and which character did it. Even with six people around a table.

Memory

Keeps the story straight

NPCs, plot threads, and quest hooks tracked across every session. Thirty sessions in and Saga20 still knows who the party owes a favor to.

A wall of love

What DMs and players are saying

I am summarizing all my previous games thanks to Saga20, and uncovering crazy important unresolved plot points from ages ago! I'll never go back!

I have tried a dozen different transcription tools, but Saga20 has been a godsend for keeping session notes both thematic and relevant. It allows me to focus on creating, not on cleanup.

I run five games at the same time, so I usually have to rely on the selective memory of me and my players. Saga20 saves me a huge amount of time writing things up and produces good quality summaries of all my sessions.
Steve Ray profile pictureSteve RayHarassed GM of too many games :)
It has helped a group of scatter brained players enjoy the game and to focus more on the RP aspect and less on the note taking. I highly recommend this to tables that are looking to solve note taking issues.

Just give it your session audio and it'll quickly generate a customisable session transcript that all builds together into a wiki that can help players and DMs alike keep everything on track.

I run paid campaigns, and my prep window is tiny. My players are always so impressed that they have a shared wiki they can keep up with and can even claim their characters!
Toni Brooks profile pictureToni BrooksRoll20 GM, 200+ sessions
I've looked at a bunch of recording tools and it's the integration with the Wiki that really stands out, fulfilling my need for everything to be connected and helping my players come up to speed quickly.
Jandar profile pictureJandarGM of 26 years
This is a stupid easy decision. It breaks down any session you have, records it in a wiki for your own purposes and for your players via a wiki webpage and its super easy to navigate in the midst of a campign. Not too shabby of a price either for what it's used for too.
Dark Chewy profile pictureDark ChewyDM of 7 years
I'd say that Saga20 is a tool that even if boiled down to just the recaps, would be a compelling offer. My players love knowing exactly what happened last week. It helps our notes, it helps our continuity, and it keeps me as a DM from accidentally adding plot holes.

D&D session summarizer FAQ

Does it work with homebrew races and custom classes?

Yes. Add your homebrew details as world context and Saga20 incorporates them into every summary. Custom races, classes, spells, and house rules all work.

How good is the voice recognition?

It's solid, and it gets better with every session. After your first upload, Saga20 learns your group's voices and identifies each player automatically. No special mic required.

Do I need to pay to try it?

Nope. You get one free session with no credit card required. See the summary quality before you commit to anything.

What about online D&D games on Discord or Zoom?

If you can record it, you can upload it. Discord bots, Zoom recordings, Craig, Audacity, a voice memo from your phone. Any audio file works.

Your D&D sessions deserve to be remembered.

Stop losing the good stuff between sessions. Record it once and Saga20 handles the rest.
